What I Wore: POC

Pop of Color (POC, duh!). Is what I'm obsessed with right now... well and Stylist Brad Goreski of It's a Brad, Brad World. I kinda borrowed that term from him! Brad is so incredibly cute and fuels my fire for menswear! I love his little bow ties, bright pops of color, denim on denim (did I mention he's a fellow Canadian?), cute little pups and probably most of all, that he totally reminds me of my good friend Marco! Who is also incredibly cute and stylish (see his blog here).

So, I'm determined to add some more POC's in my life. Starting here with this pop of burnt orange!

How do you add POC to your outfit?

Fringing For: Marni X H&M

Dear Marni,

I've had a love affair with you, for quite sometime. Yet you have always been so out of reach... until March 8th!!!!

Marni for H&M (I've been so excited for this!) collaboration will hit stores March 8th. I'm not going to get my hopes up, cause people be getting crazy for designer studs via H&M. But I will say, I must have everything in the above photo and I'm dying for these polka dots and prints! So I hope I can snag at least one  piece!

Is anyone else so excited about this!? Planning to camp out the night before?

What I Wore: Snakes

And it's finally Friday! I swear every week is busier than the previous! And when times are busy...my hats come calling. I busted out my hat for an easy-breezy no fuss hair fix... plus it was a perfect boho touch to my new snake print blouse. Which, by-the-way, I found at Buffalo Exchange for $7!

What's one of your best fashion finds recently?

What I Wore: Happy Day of Love

Happy Valentines Day all you lovers out there! Today is a day to show love, give love and receive it. Make someone feel appreciated, give a friend a hug or throw out a few extra smiles today.

In the name of V-Day here is a little pink action for you! I was SO excited about this amazing jacket when I found it 50% off at Forever 21... and its real suede! I live for great finds like this! I'm really not a pink person at all, but when I saw this (and the price) I could not pass it up... plus I would say it's more of a salmon color, duh. Perfect transitional jacket for Spring... and Valentines Day!

I hope everyone has a love filled day whether it be with your special lover, other half, furry friends or family! And if you're not feeling so into the spirit of love, just scroll down to the end of the post... I hope it will lighten your day!

Hugs and Kisses!

What I Wore: Grandma Sweater

Ok so I'm not actually wearing my Grandma's sweater, but I'd like to call this look... Grandma Chic. Got my cute little knit sweater with a button up underneath and a bun on top of my head. I added leopard loafers and a statement necklace to update the look.

But coincidentally (or maybe not) I'm standing in front of some art from my Grandma (and Mom). I've recently been obsessed with wall art (like this) and put this little frame collage together.

What do you have handed down from your Grandma? Grand parents always have the coolest things!

What I Wore: Plaid Remix

H&M long blazer, Forever 21 plaid shirt, Forever 21 skinnies, Morona over the knee socks, Franco Sarto riding boots, c/o Crossroads key necklace

These images are actually from a few weeks ago; I found hidden among the endless pictures I snap every day. This plaid shirt was one of my favorite holiday purchases (also worn here), because it just feels so holiday! I actually wore this shirt again more recently, but dressed down for this premature warm weather. So stay tuned for another way you can keep wearing your plaid!

How are you wearing your holiday pieces, post holidays?

xxM
